Indian cricket legend Sachin tendularkar with his wife Anjali were introduced at the center court on day six wimbledon. later he also had lunch with his very best friend Roger Federer.

Rafael nadal of spain also won his third round match in straight sets 7-6 7-6 6-0. the scores look very simple but it isnt . during first and the second set 6-6 at the tie breaker was a kinda situation that cannot be defined muller was on his best with his serves . but as rafa said he needs to take advantage of small chances , he did that some unforced errors and rafa's good gameplay and his confidence gave him victory over those two sets. he was really under great presure and handled the situation well. in the third set 2-0 rafa told us that the pressure was slightly reducing and he was playing much better and unbelievable shorts and it was shocking to see rafa brek muller's service not once, or twice but three times in a row and won the thrd set 6-0. an amazing match to watch!full support for rafa was there from the crowd yesterday .good to see that and hope it continues.

Rafa now faces Juan martin del potro in round 16 of wimbledon.

MARIA MANIA

fifth seeded Maria sharapova was seen in action yesterday at the center court with her beautiful performance again she def. klara zakopalova 6-2 6-3 to enter rd. 16.

maria is really in great form.

SERENA WILLIAMS also advances without facing problem against maria kirilenko 6-3 6-2 and ANA IVANOVIC had and upset against PETRA CETKOVSKA 2-6 6-7.

DJOKER / ROGER

Novak djokovic of serbia had a tough time fighting against marcos baghdatis .though novak won in four sets but baghdatis was very much dangerous for him as he luckily escaped in fourth round baghdatis was in really great form and could have beat djokovic but i guess it wasn't his day yesterday but he gave his best. djokovic won 6-4 4-6 6-3 6-4.

Roger federer had Sachin tendulkar and his wife Anjali supporting him with Martina Navratilova (legendary tennis player). the six time champ. faced no problem in defeating david nalbandian 6-4 6-2 6-4 all the all england championship.
